Role & responsibilities
-Lead and manage the entire Finance & Accounts function including Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, and Compliance
-Drive financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with business goals
-Ensure timely preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow statements
-Oversee GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance
-Ensure timely filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C
-Handle GST audits and statutory audits, ensuring closure of audit observations
–Experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally) and advanced Excel
-Advanced Excel and financial analytics capability
-Monitor working capital, cash flow, and fund management
-Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks
-Prepare and review MIS reports and provide insights for business decision-making
-Monitor Accounts Receivables, Payables, and inventory controls
-Liaise with Auditors, Banks, Investors, and Regulatory Authorities
-Support leadership in strategic decision-making, cost optimization, and profitability improvement
-Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team

-Leadership and stakeholder management skills
-Strong analytical and decision-making ability
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Knowledge of automation tools, RPA, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
