Job Details
Position Overview Working as the right hand to the owner, the COO/CFO will have the responsibility of handling the firm’s operational and financial supervision. This will include planning, strategy, policy, and leadership across departments.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
Accounting department oversight, month end close
Maintenance and improvements to internal financial controls
Account reconciliation
Risk management
Perform internal audits
Set Annual / Monthly budgets and forecasts
Support the following systems along with other management staff
Case intake & resolution
Facilities and equipment
Manage day to day operations of the office
Directly manage office management staff
Develop and manage firm KPIs
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
Law Firm experience
ERP implementation experience
KPI management
Operational management
Financial reporting
