SUMMARY:
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with gravitas, warmth, and a hands‑on leadership style to join a fast-moving, production-driven business where no two days look the same. This role is designed for a CFO who thrives in controlled chaos — someone energised by building order, structure, and clarity in an environment that is constantly evolving. The ideal candidate is not a traditional corporate operator, but a commercially astute builder: someone who has created finance functions from the ground up, scaled teams, and supported growth through change. Working closely with the Directors, the CFO will play a central role in shaping the financial backbone of the group across multiple entities. This is a minimum two-year fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend into a longer-term leadership role for the right individual.
This role is ideal for a confident, people‑centric CFO who enjoys being close to the action and isn’t unsettled by pace or complexity. POSITION INFO:
Job Description:
Provide visible, inspirational financial leadership across the group, including operating entities and the holding company
Design, implement, and embed fit-for-purpose financial structures, policies, and procedures in a high-paced environment
Build, mentor, and lead a capable finance team, fostering accountability, confidence, and growth
Oversee group consolidations, ensuring accurate, timely, and meaningful financial reporting
Partner closely with Directors as a trusted commercial advisor, supporting strategic and creative decision-making
Establish robust budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management processes that support a dynamic business model
Manage intercompany relationships, funding structures, and financial alignment across entities
Strengthening governance, controls, and risk frameworks without slowing down the business
Drive continuous improvement, bringing calm, clarity, and momentum to a complex and evolving organisation
