Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee the financial strategy and operations of the company, ensuring financial health and sustainable growth. Responsibilities include managing financial planning, monitoring financial performance, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and overseeing financial reporting. The CFO will lead high-level financial decision-making, collaborate with the executive team, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and developing long-term strategies to support organizational goals
- Strong understanding and experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including compliance
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and related practices
- Analytical Skills to assess complex financial data and drive impactful decisions
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; CPA or CMA certification is a plus
- Experience in senior financial leadership roles, with a preference for candidates in the services industry
- Proficiency with financial software and tools for analysis and reporting
