Responsibilities
· Gain a deep understanding of financial planning practices, actively participate in meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure CRM maintenance. Integrate relevant information into the company’s Management Information System (MIS).
Stay abreast of broader market trends and investment opportunities to provide clients with the most
up-to-date
advice and options.
Act as a liaison for clients, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the implementation process. Utilize knowledge of their past transactions to ensure comprehensive future planning and advice.
Continuously develop and review clients’ goal plans, ensuring ongoing alignment with their financial objectives. Manage the back-office operations using Invest well Mint, tallying goals and maintaining accurate data.
Maintain client-specific MIS records, including implementation logs, follow-ups, and coordination with the team to ensure seamless plan execution.
Qualifications
Proficiency in XLS with a knack for functions and formulas to present data meaningfully. Dexterity in using MS Office Suite.
Confidence in presenting and navigating investment planning strategies.
Adaptability
to work collaboratively within a
team environment

Excellent
communication skills
in English, both oral and written, with a keen ability to take notes and distill the essence of conversations.
Empathetic listening skills and strong analytical abilities to decipher intricate financial details.
A compassionate and people-oriented approach that sets you apart, with additional qualifications in Psychology being a definite plus.
