This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Capital Markets team where you’ll gain direct exposure to structured finance transactions, investor relationships, and large-scale funding strategies — all within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of the company’s capital markets strategy, helping fund multi-billion-pound annual lending volumes.
  • Assist in structuring and delivering complex funding transactions across private and public markets.
  • Work on structured finance transactions including asset-backed securities (ABS), warehouse facilities, and debt financing structures.
  • Contribute to deal execution processes, coordinating internal teams, external advisors, and investors.
  • Support debt sales processes, including preparation of investor materials, analysis, and execution support.
  • Analyse portfolio performance and underlying assets to support ABS structuring and investor reporting.
  • Assist with warehouse facility management and restructuring initiatives as portfolios scale.
  • Support senior leadership on strategic initiatives, new product funding strategies, and corporate development projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience in investment banking, structured finance, asset-backed securities, or capital markets.
  • Proven experience in deal execution within capital markets or structured finance environments.
  • Strong experience with structured finance transactions and ABS analysis.
  • Experience supporting or executing debt sales transactions.
  • Exposure to warehouse facility management or restructuring.
  • Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills.
  • Confident communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders and investors.
  • Genuine interest in capital markets, structured finance, and fintech innovation.

  • Strong presentation skills and comfort interacting with senior stakeholders.
