Position: Capital Advisory Senior Associate Role

This role involves developing and executing diverse capital and debt advisory mandates. You’ll leverage 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or related fields to assess clients’ financing needs and alternatives. The position requires strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities to prepare high-quality deliverables and lead lender outreach processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Propose and execute capital advisory mandates
• Assess client financing needs and structure alternatives
• Prepare high-quality lender-facing materials
• Build and analyze financial models and forecasts
• Lead engagement teams and mentor junior members
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or CPA/CFA designation preferred
• 3-5 years in corporate finance or financial advisory
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
