Job Summary:
The Cafe Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the cafe, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
– Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day cafe operations
Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
– Staff Management
Recruit, train, and supervise staff
Prepare work schedules and manage shifts
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
– Customer Service
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Build a welcoming and friendly environment
– Inventory & Supply Management
Monitor stock levels and order supplies
Manage vendor relationships
Reduce waste and control costs
– Financial Management
Handle cash flow, billing, and daily sales reports
