Position: Business Valuations – Sr. Manager / Manager
Job Responsibilities
:
Responsible for conducting financial statement and valuation analysis, preparing industry and economic outlooks, valuation report writing, and conducting specific valuation research projects.
Conducts site visits and management interviews.
Manages/performs multiple consulting engagements.
Recommends business processes and improvement opportunities.
Attends and participates in valuations industry trade shows and conferences and participates in firm-wide marketing and sales programs.
Leverages technical knowledge and experience to provide effective
project management
and practice development.

Qualifications :
MBA / CFA / CA with 6 – 12 years of experience with a minimum of 5 yrs into Valuation.
Previous experience with financial statement analysis is required.
