This position focuses on soft collections with long-term lease clients, emphasizing relationship management, follow-up, and customer service rather than aggressive collections tactics.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage B2B collections for long-term lease clients (email-driven, relationship-focused)
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor aging reports and escalate past-due items as needed
- Run daily workflow and aging reports; provide updates to leadership
- Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Operations) and external clients
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
- Respond to high-volume email correspondence across departments
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B collections, accounts receivable, or billing
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs required)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical mindset with a customer-service-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team
Compensation is up to $24/hr DOE. This opportunity is fully remote, though only candidates within the general region will be considered.
