Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Operation Staff to manage vendor onboarding, monitor usage, reconcile data, and identify operational issues. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy and supporting business processes, ideal for someone analytical with a strong interest in fintech.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor onboarding, including documentation, setup, and coordination with internal teams.
- Monitor vendor performance and usage through dashboards and operational tools.
- Reconcile vendor usage data with internal records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify data discrepancies, operational issues, or anomalies, and escalate them to vendors for resolution.
- Track and follow up on issues raised to vendors until closure.
- Prepare regular reports on vendor usage, costs, and operational insights.
- Organize and structure data to support business and operational decision-making.
- Assist in improving data flow, tracking, and reporting processes.
- You will gradually exposed to loan, lender, and borrower operations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or data-related s.
- Education background in accounting, management, and other related major.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in handling and validating data.
- Comfortable working with data: organizing, analyzing, and interpreting it for business use.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data processing & reporting) – This is a deal breaker.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and proactively raise issues.
- Strong interest in the fintech ecosystem and willingness to learn how systems and data support business processes.
- Structured thinker who can translate data into meaningful insights and actions.
