Your challenges will be:
- Identify the technological and IT challenges of your target environment.
- Grasp the broader issues faced by your customers and prospects, identify their needs, and design tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with your clients.
- Recruit and manage a team of top-tier IT consultants.
- Oversee complex IT project deployments.
- Manage your profit center, ensuring profitability and identifying growth opportunities.

Profile
- A degree in Business or Engineering.
- Fluent in Dutch
- Fluent in English
- Sociable and outgoing, with a talent for building relationships and creating opportunities.
- Motivated by success and financial incentives (our bonus structure will reward your efforts).
- Passionate about IT and business development, with a desire to innovate and grow.
- Experience of 5 to 10 years in Sale or Business Development (IT Recruitment is a plus)
