A Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining reporting systems and dashboards that provide clear visibility into business performance. By combining data analysis, visualization, and business understanding, the BI Analyst enables stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.

The role involves collecting, integrating, and validating data from multiple sources such as databases, business systems, and external datasets. The analyst ensures data accuracy, consistency, and reliability before it is used for reporting or analysis. A key responsibility is building dashboards, reports, and visualizations that highlight key performance indicators, trends, and business metrics in an accessible format.

A core responsibility is translating business requirements into technical BI solutions. This includes defining metrics, designing data models, and writing queries to extract and transform data efficiently.
