We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who excels at turning complex data into compelling insights that drive real business decisions. In this role, you’ll build impactful dashboards and analytics solutions that directly influence customer service strategy and executive decision-making.
This is a high-visibility role for someone who loves working with large-scale data, partnering with leadership, and delivering analytics that tell a clear story.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver interactive Tableau dashboards that inform strategic business and customer service decisions
- Develop, deploy, and maintain data solutions using SQL and Python (or Spark/R) in production environments
- Translate data into clear, compelling narratives for business and executive stakeholders
- Work closely with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Leadership to clarify requirements, goals, and deliverables
- Apply Agile principles to build and deploy cutting-edge data products and POCs
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and performance through rigorous testing and validation
- Continuously monitor deployed dashboards and models to ensure ongoing reliability
- Identify opportunities to automate data pipelines and improve scalability
- Document analytical work and ensure code meets organizational standards
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5–9 years of overall analytics experience, with strong exposure to Customer Service Operations
- Expert-level Tableau experience, with a passion for building insightful and visually compelling dashboards
- Strong coding skills in SQL and Python (Spark/R/Scala a plus)
- 2–4 years working in Big Data environments (Hive, Spark), scaling solutions on high-volume (1TB+) datasets
- Experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- Experience in one or more industries: Telecom, Retail, E?commerce, CPG, Consumer Electronics, Tech, or Financial Services
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban, JIRA, and Confluence
Data & Analytics Responsibilities
- Perform data cleaning, munging, EDA, visualization, and analysis on terabytes of data
- Design solutions that account for upstream and downstream data dependencies
- Debug and validate advanced data models with confidence
- Partner with Data Engineering to ensure optimal ingestion into the Data Lake
- Proactively identify new data sources to enhance model performance
