We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong background in Tableau to join a sophisticated Investment Technology team. You will be the primary architect of insightful dashboards and reports that empower investment decision-makers with data-driven clarity.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be the engine of front-office analytics, designing, developing, and maintaining interactive visualizations tailored specifically for equity research, fixed income, and trading teams.
- Design & Develop: Create interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that translate complex requirements into actionable visualizations.
- Synthesize Data: Integrate data from varied systems, including internal databases, cloud sources, and APIs, to deliver holistic models.
- Modernize: Support cloud migration and AI initiatives, including the integration of Snowflake and the evaluation of AI-assisted analytics.
- Ensure Integrity: Guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all BI outputs through rigorous data validation.
- Document: Establish standards for data definitions, dashboard usage guidelines, and source-to-visualization lineage.

THE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Tableau (Desktop and Server) is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud databases and data modeling.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, Python, Power BI, or cloud platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
