Qualifications:
Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
- 3–5 years of experience in:
- Data Analytics
- Business Intelligence
- Reporting & dashboard development
Position-Level Tracking & Analytics
- Experience designing and maintaining:
- Position-level change tracking
- Workforce analytics
- Auditable data flows
- Ability to analyze complex position lifecycle events such as:
- Creation
- Elimination
- Modification
- Replacement
- Overlap tracking
Data Management & Reporting
- Comfortable working with:
- Messy datasets
- Event-driven data
- Multiple source systems
- Ability to translate complex workforce data into:
- Clear dashboards
- Actionable analytics
- Decision-making insights
