We are looking for Business Controller/Financial Analyst for our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive OPEX follow-up (actuals vs. budget / forecast) and unification of ways of working across the organization
- Assist in monthly closing and estimate processes
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses
- Structure, clean, and improve data management
- Support initiatives related to digitalization and automation of reporting
- Explore and support development of Power BI dashboards and tools
Who You Are
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or similar
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, controlling, or business analysis
- Strong interest in data, analytics, and business performance
- Understanding of basic financial concepts (P&L, costs, budgeting)
Skills & Competencies
- Very strong Excel skills and other Microsoft Office tools
- Interest and experience with Power BI, data visualization, or automation tools
- Curiosity about AI and digital solutions in finance is a plus
- Very good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Structured and proactive mindset
- Ability to collaborate across teams
