Experience & profile:
Education: University Degree in economics, Finance or similar.
Work experience: Experience in Business analytics, PMO, Business acumen ( preferable FMCG),exposure to different stakeholders from diverse functions. Experience in working in an international environment and matrix structure. Proven commercial affinity. Ability to manage large databases; skillful in managing analytical tools.
Languages: Fluent English language required
Job purpose: Provide finance-based business partnering to the commerce function, aligning with company strategy. Aid in
business planning, offer assessments, and identify opportunities and offering financial insights to drive informed decisions and enhance business performance.
Reports to: Strategic & Commerce Business Controller
Location: Belgrade
Roles & Responsibilities
- Partnering with business teams to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency
- Providing financial insights, scenario analysis and performance reviews to identify growth opportunities
- Leading FP&A processes (strategic, annual and rolling forecasts) for Sales & Marketing
- Supporting financial planning, P&VA allocation and commercial decision-making
- Driving business performance management through reporting, root cause analysis and actionable insights
- Ensuring clear accountability, performance tracking and process efficiency mindset
- Managing stakeholder relationships across commerce and cross-functional teams
- Supporting transfer pricing, data management, reporting, tax audits and commercial governance of projects and investments
