AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Controller is a commercial oriented role covering a broad scope of financial analysis, cost projects and commercial business cases. You are expected to create insight, supporting the business in all aspects of Business Intelligence and your responsibility will include:
- Manage business cases including investment-, market-, customer projects
- Support the business by analyzing complex data and create financial BI projects for the sales management
- Support Sales with cost calculations and commercially focused financial insights.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to management and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales and manufacturing to identify and support process improvement and cost optimization
- Handle complex data by defining, analyzing and understanding the data sources to provide valuable insights for business success
THE SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS CONTROLLER
To meet the potential of Hydro Extrusions you must combine your excellent and professional financial platform with your commercial mindset and the aspiration for creating the best possible business insight from a platform of solid data and insight.
Your Profile:
- You have a relevant economic education with a master's degree, i.e. Master/Cand.Merc in Economics, BI, Oecon or similar.
- You have relevant experience from comparable Financial or Business Controller positions.
- You are motivated by BI, data and the commercial use of data and financial insight – and you have strong analytical and presenting skills.
- SAP experience might be helpful, but with excellent insight and experience in other ERP platforms, BI systems and reporting tools you will probably find your way.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English in – and preferably you also speak Danish at business level.
PRACTICAL CONDITIONS
- Workplace: We expect you to be present in Tønder minimum 2-3 days/week (and full time in first 6 months).
- Workload: Full-time, offering flexibility in work planning while expecting commitment and availability during busy periods.
- Travelling: Limited, only a few days/year.

- Starting date: ASAP, expected within 2-3 month.
