Our partner is a a strong European company. From the Brussels region you work closely with the Finance, Procurement and Operations teams and report into the Finance leadership.
Your responsibilities as Business Controller
- You analyze, validate and reconcile procurement savings against financial actuals, translate them into clear P&L impacts and report on performance versus forecast
- You run the spend analytics across the organization, identify cost reduction opportunities and monitor price trends across key spend categories
- You support the monthly, quarterly and annual closing cycles and act as the reference point on the financial impact of procurement and operational decisions
- You partner with Procurement, Operations and Finance to challenge savings assumptions and methodologies and to align project calculations with accounting entries
- You drive process improvement and the digitalization of the reporting, with documentation of controls and reconciliation procedures
Your profile as Business Controller
- Master in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, controlling or accounting
- Fluent in English, with good knowledge of French or Dutch
- Experience with ERP

- Salary between €65.000 and €75.000 gross per year, depending on experience
