To uphold the integrity of Amway’s brand, reputation, and Sales & Marketing Plan by ensuring that all digital content and online activities conducted by Amway Business Owners (ABOs) complies with Amway’s Rules of Conduct (ROC), Quality Assurance Standards (QAS) and Digital Communication Standards (DCS).
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Digital Monitoring
- Review flagged content for compliance with internal standards, including brand messaging and ethical guidelines.
- Document findings accurately and timely for follow-up and reporting.
2. Investigation and Resolution
- Communicate with Amway Business Owners (ABOs) to inform them of the incident(s), provide guidance on corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate the resolution of digital monitoring compliance-related issues.
3. Reporting and Insights
- Prepare and maintain regular reports summarizing findings from monitoring activities, including types of violations and recommendations for corrective actions.
4. Others
- Other duties as assigned or directed by the BCR Assistant Manager or Head of BCR.
Other Skills, Abilities, and/or Related Experience:
- Demonstrated strong understanding and knowledge of social media, digital platforms, and e-commerce environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and best practices in digital communication.
