We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join a leading financial services organization in Toronto ON
This role sits within the Vendor Information Risk Management team and focuses on delivering high-impact executive communications, strategic reporting, and business insights across procurement and vendor risk domains.
Location: Toronto (200 Bloor Street East) – Hybrid
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
🔍 What you’ll do
- Create executive-level presentations and strategic decks for senior leadership
- Translate complex data into clear business insights and narratives
- Support vendor risk management and procurement initiatives
- Perform gap analysis, process reviews, and workflow assessments
- Build dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across risk, procurement, and compliance
📌 What we’re looking for
- 8+ Years of professional work experience
- 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, or Risk
- Strong experience in PowerPoint, Excel, and data storytelling
- Understanding of procurement lifecycle and vendor/third-party risk frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred
⭐ Nice to have
- Familiarity with tools like ProcessUnity, Archer, or Ivalua
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies (TPRM)
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and steering committees
