Job Summary
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Project Management Analyst (PMA) to support multiple Project Managers within the Transmission & Distribution Program Management Office (T&D PMO). This role is critical to ensuring successful execution of capital and maintenance projects across PHI’s service territory.
The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis, project coordination, and contract administration skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of data, documentation, and cross‑functional communication.
Responsibilities
Perform analytical and project support activities for multiple transmission & distribution projects.
Gather, organize, track, and validate program‑level business data.
Prepare structured documents, reports, summaries, and business insights for internal stakeholders.
Assist with the analysis of program financials, schedules, risks, and performance metrics.
Support development of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for T&D programs.
Create contract requisitions and manage contract payment authorization workflows.
Coordinate vendor documentation and maintain contract performance tracking.
Review and process invoices, track accruals, and support financial reporting.
Communicate regularly with internal teams, contractors, and cross-functional partners.
Provide clear and timely updates regarding project requirements, deliverables, and issues.
Support Project Managers in organizing meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining documentation.
Required Skill
Strong business analysis skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize large data sets.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, formulas, lookups, etc.).
Excellent organizational skills; able to manage high volumes of tasks and documentation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with diverse stakeholder groups.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience in utility operations, transmission/distribution, construction, or engineering environments.
Prior experience supporting multiple Project Managers or working in a PMO.

Pay Details: $51.00 per hour
