Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance Transformation, ERP implementation, business analysis, or large-scale business process transformation.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, cost management, financial planning, forecasting, cost allocation, and performance management processes.
- Proven experience defining Target Operating Models (TOMs), business processes, and functional requirements in complex organisations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementation programmes (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), including solution design, fit-gap analysis, and solution assessment.
- Experience supporting ERP selection and system integrator procurement, including preparation of use cases, business requirements, and evaluation documentation.
- Excellent understanding of standard ERP capabilities, industry best practices, and end-to-end finance processes.
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, process modelling, and requirements management.
- Experience working with business, IT, vendors, and external stakeholders in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and traceable deliverables.
- Ability to challenge legacy processes, promote standardisation, and align business requirements with ERP best practices.
- Ability to support structured decision-making through analysis, recommendations, and evaluation of trade-offs.
- Experience in financial institutions, public sector organisations, or other regulated environments is considered an asset.
- Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken).
