Demonstrated experience as a Technical Business Analyst on ServiceNow projects in large, complex organisations.
• Experience working with ServiceNow IRM / GRC applications, ideally including modules such as Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management or Third-Party Risk Management.
• Understanding of insurance or financial services environments and associated risk/compliance processes is highly desirable..Your strategic IT resourcing partner
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured and traceable requirements and documentation. Essential requirements:
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience. • Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst (around 5+ years), including recent, hands-on work on ServiceNow implementations.
• Proven experience working with ServiceNow IRM / GRC applications, including documenting and supporting configuration of risk, policy, control, assessment and issue workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with ServiceNow architects and developers, translating business requirements into design and configuration on the platform.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience facilitating workshops and working with both business and technical teams.
