NetSuite Business Analyst – Hybrid in Austin
Our client is seeking a NetSuite Business Analyst to support and enhance their ERP environment while partnering with Finance, Operations, and IT to drive system improvements and business growth. This role will lead NetSuite initiatives, optimize workflows, and support ERP implementations as the organization expands through acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and NetSuite implementation partners.
- Administer and optimize the NetSuite ERP platform, including workflows, dashboards, reports, saved searches, and user permissions.
- Gather business requirements and recommend scalable process improvements and automation.
- Support NetSuite implementations, system enhancements, integrations, testing, and end-user training.
- Partner with Finance to support accounting processes, reporting, and month-end activities.
- Develop documentation, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate ERP projects related to acquisitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of NetSuite administration or ERP business analyst experience.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, workflows, reporting, and finance modules.
- Experience supporting accounting functions such as GL, AP, and AR.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- NetSuite certifications are a plus.
