We're working with a high-growth fintech powerhouse building a standalone payments infrastructure from the ground up on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a data-driven specialist to bridge the gap between complex financial datasets and strategic execution as this banking giant migrates to a next-generation payments acquiring platform.
The Role
- Lead the end-to-end analysis for a major migration of the existing payments estate to a brand-new, standalone acquiring business.
- Act as the primary liaison between Enterprise Technology and high-growth business units to translate complex requirements into actionable delivery roadmaps.
- Extract and manipulate large datasets to uncover trends, performing advanced statistical analysis to drive operational decision-making.
- Bridge the gap between Fintech agility and Banking stability by designing data-driven workflows for Finance, HR, and Risk domains.
- Create high-impact visualizations and reports that simplify complex payments data for executive stakeholders.
What You'll Need
- Deep domain expertise in Payments Acquiring and Banking workflows within a fast-paced Fintech environment.
- Advanced Data Analysis skills with a proven ability to synthesize massive datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
- Technical proficiency in requirements gathering and process mapping for migration projects (Legacy to Cloud/New Estate).
- Experience working across cross-functional domains including Finance, Risk, and HR systems.
- A proactive "owner" mindset comfortable navigating a flat, high-autonomy organizational structure.
