Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in Salesforce Administration, Configuration, and Application Migration. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions while ensuring optimal platform performance and adoption. Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Banking domain is an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
- Administer and configure Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end users.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and enhancements.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce features, platform updates, and best practices.
- Support change management initiatives and assist in developing training materials.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce clouds, integrations, and application migration.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform including configuration, customization, and administration.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
