Fuelled by data, you will bridge the gap between procurement and sales, using advanced Excel and Power BI to turn complex equipment data into actionable business intelligence. This role is perfect for an analytical thinker who wants to see their work directly impact deal costings and high-stakes tenders.
The Role
- Mastermind the sales quoting system by maintaining hyper-accurate pricing data and equipment records.
- Lead deep-dive analysis into stock movements and market trends to support key account management and strategic growth.
- Drive the financial accuracy of major tenders and deal costings, ensuring commercial viability for every bid.
- Collaborate directly with Sales and Procurement teams to streamline commercial operations and reporting efficiency.
- Utilize ERP and CRM systems to track assets and provide real-time updates to senior stakeholders.
What You'll Need
- Exceptional analytical skills with a "power user" command of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Data Modeling).
- Proven experience or high proficiency in PowerPoint for translating data into compelling commercial presentations.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in an agile, on-site environment.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential for this location).
- Familiarity with Power BI, CRM platforms, or ERP systems (highly desirable).
