Persyaratan Pekerjaan
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Basic understanding of cost accounting and budgeting processes
- Familiar with journal entries, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze financial data accurately
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas; Pivot Table is an advantage)
- Detail-oriented, systematic, and possess strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Willing to be based at Head Office, Jakarta
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare and consolidate operational/project budgets
- Monitor actual expenses against approved budgets
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for discrepancies
- Prepare periodic cost reports (weekly/monthly)
- Coordinate with operational teams regarding budget utilization
- Ensure all expenditures comply with company policies and procedures
- Support financial closing and internal reporting processes
