Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing bookkeeping tasks, preparing financial statements, recording journal entries, and working with accounting software to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Additional duties may include tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial planning and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience with Bookkeeping and handling Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and analysis
- Hands-on experience with Accounting Software (i.e. QuickBooks)
- Strong understanding of Finance in a professional business environment
- Human Resources compliance and coordination experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and on-site in West Palm Beach, FL
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in bookkeeping or financial record maintenance is a plus
