Title: Billing & Financial Reporting Specialist

We are looking for the additional team members to join our project 1D3 providing digital goods distribution and monetization services for game developers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles, transaction tracking, and invoice preparation across multiple systems and payment providers
- Reconcile transactions between internal systems, payment processors, banks, and accounting records
- Investigate billing discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate corrections with internal and external teams
- Validate financial data including transaction fees, commissions, refunds, chargebacks, and settlements
- Design and maintain advanced Excel reporting templates and Power BI dashboards for financial, billing, and operational reporting
- Automate recurring financial reports using Power BI, Excel, or Python to improve efficiency
- Prepare professional client-facing billing reports and documentation in English
- Identify workflow inefficiencies, propose improvements, and document operational procedures
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in billing, reconciliation, financial operations, or reporting roles
- Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, transaction reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks, and settlements
- English level B2 or higher, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and financial reporting templates
- Strong Power BI knowledge, including dashboard creation and reporting automation
- Experience working with large transactional datasets, data validation, and discrepancy analysis
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and good communication skills in English, including preparation of professional reports and documentation
Nice to have:
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, SaaS
- Knowledge of accounting/billing systems, payment flows, VAT, and revenue recognition
- Python, SQL, or database querying skills for data processing and automation
- Relevant certifications (accounting, financial analysis, or BI tools)
- Ability to translate business requirements into reporting processes

Salary range: 2000-2700 EUR/Gross per month
