We are seeking a motivated, customer-centric Billing Analyst to join our operations team. In this role, you will be the core financial administrator supporting a prominent network of North American early childhood education and childcare centers. Operating in a full-time remote capacity, you will take full ownership of localized revenue workflows, government subsidy billing, and account reconciliations. Your Impact
- Operational Ledger Ownership (Accountability): Manage full-cycle account billing and revenue tracking for assigned childcare centers. By taking personal responsibility for reviewing and converting center data into accurate spreadsheets for corporate leadership, you empower smart, data-driven decision-making.
- Field & Corporate Alignment (Collaboration): Serve as a dedicated systems helper, assisting center directors and district managers with billing software and financial procedures. You build collaborative relationships that bridge the gap between local schools and corporate teams to align solutions seamlessly.
- Government Subsidy Management (Integrity): Oversee the invoicing and complete collections cycle for all monies owed from government funding agencies. You submit monthly children's attendance logs and specialized invoices ethically and accurately, ensuring we always do what is right for our funding partners and families.
- Account Adjustment & Quality Control (Growth Mindset): Collaborate directly with center management to execute precise ledger adjustments stemming from rate updates or billing errors. You view complex billing anomalies or discrepancies not as setbacks, but as opportunities to learn, refine processes, and enhance development across the organization.
What You Bring
- The Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of dedicated billing, revenue cycle, or accounts receivable experience, demonstrating a strong command of full-cycle transaction processing.
- Eagle-Eye Accuracy: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, crucial for auditing attendance logs and flagging billing discrepancies across multiple entities.
- Customer Service Acumen: Outstanding interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written English communication. You possess the empathy and clarity needed for daily interactions with parents, School Directors, and Assistant Directors.
- Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient with modern computer applications, with advanced familiarity navigating Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for data management and reporting).
- Self-Directed Discipline: A proactive, independent worker who can manage tight monthly billing cycles and conflicting timelines without sacrificing data quality.
