On behalf of an international law firm, we are currently looking for a Banking & Finance Associate to join their Luxembourg office within the Banking and Finance team.
Your role
- Advise domestic and international clients on a wide range of banking and finance matters, including lending transactions and structured finance operations
- Draft, review and negotiate financing agreements, term sheets, security documents and intercreditor arrangements
- Work on complex and high profile cross border transactions from structuring to closing, in close collaboration with international teams
- Assist clients throughout the lifecycle of financing transactions, including execution and post closing matters
- Participate in negotiations with counterparties and liaise with financial institutions, sponsors and other stakeholders
Your profile
- Master’s degree in law; admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or eligible for registration on List IV
- 1 to 4 years of experience in banking and finance within a law firm
- Strong knowledge of general banking transactions and financing structures
- Fluent in English; French and or German are considered strong assets
- Excellent technical, drafting and analytical skills, with a collaborative mindset and strong client focus
