Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily monitoring and validation of all non-aeronautical revenue streams to ensure completeness and accuracy of billing processes.
- Ensure revenues are tracked in accordance with rental agreements, concession contracts, revenue-sharing mechanisms, and approved tariff structures.
- Manage control and reconciliation of duty-free revenues and execute corresponding billing processes.
- Review and validate advertising revenue contracts and ensure accurate calculation of guaranteed rent and revenue share differences.
- Ensure agreements are reconciled with counterparties prior to invoicing and secure required approvals.
- Oversee billing and reconciliation processes related to food & beverage, retail, and concession revenues.
- Manage monitoring and billing of utilities (electricity, water, gas, communication, HVAC) in coordination with relevant departments.
- Review daily sales figures and validate monthly accruals and invoices prior to approval.
- Ensure readiness of billing processes for new revenue streams and contractual updates.
- Review draft income contracts and ensure operational and billing compliance.
- Prepare periodic and real-time non-aeronautical revenue reports for senior management.
- Oversee parking revenue reporting, cash register counts, and entrance monitoring processes.
- Review and approve IT system enhancements impacting non-aeronautical revenue processes.
- Ensure KPI achievement and structured performance monitoring within the team.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and proper archiving of all revenue-related documentation.
- Ensure activities are carried out in compliance with institutional standards and procedures.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional certification or Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Airport or concession experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
- Revenue recognition knowledge.
- Strong contract interpretation skills.
- Analytical revenue control capability.
- ERP proficiency (SAP preferred).
- Fluency in English.
