Job Summary: The Associate Relationship Manager-Commercial Banking to assist the Relationship Managers in the management of the borrower’s loan portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles the monitoring of the credit dealings and daily transactions of accounts using a systematic process flow
- Management and administration of Accounts (Loan availments, payments, preparation of reports, updating of loan & other needed documents)
- Loan Documentation
- Assist Relationship Manager in CA / AS preparation
- Analyzes the target companies’ finances in order to offer them the correct bank facility which will suffice their operational or financial requirements
- Does financial, market and industry analysis to understand the soundness or riskiness of a prospective client before giving a lone facility
- Assists Relationship Manager in preparing credit applications, renewals and other bank approvals
- Accommodates the various requests of clients such as Bank Letters of Credit requests, Trust Receipts Bookings, Short term loan borrowings, etc.
- Ensures that corporate clients comply with the various bank policies and requirements
- Handles appraisals, credit investigations and bank/trade checking of prospective and current clients
- Does monthly reports on the status of the portfolio of accounts which includes total borrowings against total facility, Rate of Returns, etc.
- Other tasks are given from time to time.
