Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting various fund materials, such as routine and client specific pitch books, fact sheets, newsletters, and due diligence questionnaires.
- Analyze and interpret fund performance, risk, and attribution data using a combination of external and in-house tools and systems.
- Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, consultants, and service providers.
- Participate in various projects and initiatives to improve the firm's operational efficiency and to enhance the quality of deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience within the financial services industry or an audit firm.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and platforms such as Excel VBA, Bloomberg, and FactSet. Knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus.
- Genuine passion for designing, formatting, and developing professional presentation slide decks.
- Good work ethic, reliable, organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated. Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent command of English and Mandarin Chinese.
