We're working with a global leader in retail consumer solutions and CPG strategy on this exciting opportunity. This is a high-impact role for a data-driven professional ready to master financial modeling and strategic forecasting within a fast-paced, multi-national environment.
As a key member of the Finance team, you’ll turn complex datasets into actionable insights using advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the corporate business plan and supporting decision-making for Fortune 100 retail partners.
The Role
• Lead the development of annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and complex valuation models to drive the corporate business plan.
• Orchestrate monthly and quarterly business reviews by analyzing revenue, margin, and expense targets against real-world performance.
• Design and maintain high-visibility financial dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to track KPIs and identify potential financial exposures.
• Partner directly with cross-functional leadership to uncover cost savings, operational efficiencies, and strategic growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team during month-end close to ensure data integrity and streamline financial reporting processes.
What You'll Need
• 1–2+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, or corporate reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Modeling) and the broader MS Office Suite.
• Hands-on experience or high comfort level with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a hybrid work setting.
