They are currently seeking a motivated and talented Associate Financial Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career advisor looking to grow with a firm that prioritizes mentorship, client relationships, and professional development. You will work alongside senior advisors to deliver custom financial solutions, learning the nuances of wealth management while developing into a lead advisor role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior advisors in managing client relationships by assisting in the development of comprehensive financial plans, including retirement planning, investment strategies, and estate planning.
- Participate in client meetings to gather data, provide updates, and implement financial strategies.
- Prepare and present financial planning reports that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct research on market trends, investment products, and portfolio performance to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Collaborate with the advisory team on strategies related to asset allocation, tax planning, and risk management.
- Provide ongoing client support by handling inquiries, monitoring portfolios, and making adjustments based on financial objectives and market conditions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and stay informed about financial planning best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or financial planning.
- Progress toward, or completion of, CFP® designation preferred.
- Series 65 or 66
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for client service and relationship-building.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
