Role Overview
This is a broad finance role within a lean team, offering exposure across the full investment lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders on acquisitions, structuring, and ongoing portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial due diligence (FDD) on prospective investments
- Assist with deal execution and transaction closings
- Manage and monitor fund flows and distributions across structures
- Contribute to structuring considerations alongside internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee outsourced accounting providers
- Support core finance and reporting activities
Candidate Requirements
- ACA qualified (or equivalent) with c.1 year post-qualified experience
- Background in a top-tier Transaction Services (FDD) or Transaction Tax team
- Strong analytical and commercial skillset
- Interest in real estate and private equity
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
