We are currently partnering with a market leading corporate finance advisory firm to appoint an Associate Director within its Real Estate Corporate Finance team.
This is a unique opportunity to work on some of Ireland's most significant real estate transactions, advising leading developers, investors, lenders, and asset managers across M&A, debt advisory, capital raising, and strategic transactions. The role offers exposure to high-profile mandates spanning residential, office, retail, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and logistics sectors.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years' experience within real estate corporate finance, investment banking, banking, private equity, real estate investment, development, or a related field.
- ACA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and commercial skills.
- Proven transaction execution and project management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Commercially driven with strong business development instincts.
- Collaborative, client-focused, and capable of building trusted relationships.
