In collaboration with the Advisory Services Consultant, you will engage in tasks such as workflow documentation, data-driven analysis, and client follow-ups. Your efforts will enhance client outcomes through structured reporting and actionable insights, providing significant value throughout each engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support advisory services for credit unions
• Capture client requirements during discovery calls
• Build structured client reporting for insights
• Assist with training and implementation of recommendations
• Facilitate follow-ups to track engagement progress
Requirements:
• BA/BS in Business, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years in consulting or client success roles
• Experience in lending, particularly with credit unions
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Knowledge of loan origination systems preferred
