Band 1 Corporate M&A and Capital Markets team hiring in Sydney.
We've partnered with an expanding top‑tier Corporate practice looking to appoint a high‑calibre Associate or Senior Associate to its Sydney office.
This role sits within a market‑leading M&A and Capital Markets team that advises on the largest and most complex public and private transactions in Australia. The work spans public M&A, private M&A, equity capital markets, private equity, corporate governance and broader advisory matters, with strong cross‑practice exposure across finance, tax and funds.
You will work closely with leading partners in a genuinely collaborative national team and gain exposure across sectors including energy, infrastructure, mining, financial services, technology and health.
This opportunity will suit 3-7PQE Commonwealth-qualified lawyers from leading top‑tier, national or international firms who are looking to deepen their M&A and capital markets experience in a high‑performing environment.
