A leading law firm is seeking a Banking and Finance Associate with 3-6PQE to join its well‑regarded Melbourne team.
The team advises on a broad range of high‑profile domestic and international transactions, including debt capital markets, leveraged and acquisition finance, project and infrastructure finance and general corporate finance matters. The work is complex, sophisticated and consistently high quality.
The role
You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on major transactions, gaining exposure to challenging and commercially significant matters across multiple financing products. This is a strong opportunity for an Associate looking to deepen technical expertise while working in a collaborative, market‑leading environment.
About you
This role will suit lawyers who have:
- 3-6 years’ PQE in Banking and Finance
- Experience in debt, acquisition, project, real estate and or corporate financing
- Qualified and have experience at a leading national or international firm in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
- Strong technical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail
