Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to build a high-performance, cost-efficient supply chain
- Manage internal and external stakeholders across finance and operations
- Implement new processes based on operational insights
- Continuously identify and fill process gaps through data-backed improvements
- Own end-to-end billing, payout metrics, and compliance for business partners
- Drive timely adjustment of losses in billing cycles
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify and solve billing inefficiencies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve process performance and reduce pendency
