Our client, a leading Nordic Private Equity firm, is seeking an Investment Associate to join its Stockholm-based investment team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute investment opportunities across the Nordic region.
- Build financial models, conduct valuation analyses, and support due diligence processes.
- Prepare investment materials and participate in discussions with management teams, advisors, and financing partners.
- Monitor portfolio companies and contribute to value creation initiatives.
- Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the investment lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, M&A, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Swedish.
