A leading global private markets manager is hiring an Investment Associate to join its infrastructure team in London. The platform invests across energy transition, transport, utilities and digital infrastructure in Europe and North America, focusing on mid-market opportunities where active asset management and operational improvement drive value.
You'll be involved across the full investment lifecycle in an entrepreneurial, collaborative team.
Key responsibilities
- Support deal execution – financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and transaction management
- Prepare investment committee materials and recommendation papers
- Monitor and actively manage portfolio investments
- Build financial models and conduct sector and market research
- Support fundraising and respond to investor due diligence requests
Requirements
- 2-5 years in infrastructure investing, private equity, investment banking or transaction advisory
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Degree in a numerate discipline; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- A second European language is a plus
