Support delivery of a high-quality investor relations programme that strengthens engagement with analysts and investors while enhancing market understanding of the Company’s strategy, performance, and long-term value creation through financial analysis, investor communications, and capital markets intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation of corporate presentation decks, quarterly results briefing decks, anticipated Q&A, and other investor briefing materials.
- Work closely with Finance, Marketing & Sales, and Business Units to translate operational and financial performance into clear investment narratives aligned with corporate strategy.
- Support execution of analyst briefings, investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and investor site visits.
- Prepare management briefing materials incorporating investor sentiment, consensus expectations, and key discussion themes.
- Monitor analyst reports, consensus estimates, peer performance, valuation positioning, and sector trends relevant to the Company.
- Prepare peer benchmarking and capital markets intelligence updates to support management decision-making and investor positioning.
- Support investor-related content for the Integrated Annual Report and other capital market disclosures.
- Maintain IR calendar, website updates, analyst coverage databases, and consensus tracking.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline
- Professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA) or progress towards certification is an advantage
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Strategy, or Financial Analysis
- Experience supporting quarterly results processes and analyst engagements is preferred
- Exposure to listed company reporting environment is an advantage
Competencies & Skills
- Strong financial statement literacy and understanding of valuation metrics
- Ability to interpret analyst models and consensus expectations
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
- Experience preparing senior-management-level presentation materials
- Working proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal and/or S&P Capital IQ is highly preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to synthesise complex information into clear investor messaging
