Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage pilot training bonds and related contractual obligations. This role ensures compliance, effective recovery processes, and smooth coordination across HR, Finance, Training, and Legal teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
• HRBP will Coordinate and manage processes of onboarding, development and assessment; performance management; engagement, training & development, leadership development, & retention in alignment with HR strategies/policies and processes
• Designing and implementing various employee-related policies and processes Responsible for maintaining data for department specific policies like – Benevolent scheme, AOD, ML cases etc
• Managing/ conducting enquiry, filing reports, issuing letters and maintaining data pertaining to – Disciplinary cases, complaints etc., Facilitating for handling of POSH cases
• Coordinate all R & R activities, Employee Surveys, assisting teams with Training and Development activities.
• Facilitating Insurance claims of employees, AOD cases and any such special cases
• Ensure all types of Organizational communication to employee is accurate, up-to-date and exercises due control for easy data generation, storage, and retrieval.
• Coordinate and release Internal Job Postings, Career Progression of Employees
• Partners with HR service Providers / suppliers and outsourced vendors and make sure that the quality, accuracy and timeliness of services received is as expected and is up to the mark.
• Execute payroll and benefit preparation according to internal processes. Ensure accurate data (monthly variable allowances, overtime, recovery, LWP, time and attendance) is sent to payroll team as per the timelines given
• Preparation of various reports and presentations as may be required
• Maintain data analytics, Headcount, cost budget, attrition etc.
• Organizing events for employee engagement, visiting airports as part of Employee Interaction process, collecting feedback from employees, coordinating and giving responses to queries raised. • Supporting Compensation and Benefits team for Salary Benchmarking, Employee Engagement Surveys and other initiatives
• Responsible for Non-Dues Clearance and Exit Process for the vertical.
Desired Qualification
MBA/Postgraduate preferably in HR
Preferred work experience
• 5+ years of experience in Business Partnering, talent management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, benefits administration, HR generalist and ancillary HR processes.
• Sound exposure labor laws, HRIS operations, retiral and benefit legislations and practices
• Preferably from aviation background
