Description

The Assistant People Manager supports the delivery of global HR operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for HR administration, documentation, policies, culture initiatives, HR systems, and reporting while partnering closely with people across the business. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive and unique employee experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end global onboarding and offboarding.
  • Draft, issue, and maintain employment agreements, amendments, letters, and other employee documentation, working closely with Legal and Finance.
  • Create, maintain, and update global policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Maintain and administer the HRIS, organisational charts, employee records, and other documentation, ensuring employee data is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.
  • Coordinate visa applications, renewals, and office-related administration for the Dubai office.
  • Organise company-wide meetings and communications, including invitations, attendee management, and coordination.
  • Administer global leave management, including leave policies, tracking, approvals, and reporting.
  • Prepare accurate HR-related reports, dashboards, and people metrics, proactively identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, promoting a positive employee experience while representing company values with professionalism.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress, priorities, risks, and deadlines, providing regular updates and working collaboratively to achieve team objectives.

What You'll Bring

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in People Ops or similar roles, within high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive initiatives to completion.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate, confidential, and compliant records.
  • Solid understanding of best industry practices, employment legislation, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Collaborative, approachable, and service-oriented, with a genuine passion for creating an exceptional employee experience.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve, flexibility is essential, and teams work across time zones.
